Wild Rice Chicken Sandwich Spread
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
15-oz. cooked wild rice
1/2 cup dried cherries
2 cups havarti cheese, cubed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. raspberry vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and blend gently to combine. Note: Cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
