Wild Rice Pudding

1 cup cooked wild rice
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cups cream
1/2 tsp.vanilla
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp.nutmeg
1/2 tsp.salt

In a 1 quart casserole dish, combine all ingredients and bake at 325F for 35-40 minutes. Stir the pudding occasionally while baking. Variation: drizzle each serving with maple syrup and/or whipped cream.
