Wild Rice Quiche
3 beaten Eggs
1 1/2 Cups of Half & Half
3/4 Cup Grated Swiss Cheese
3/4 Cup Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
3 Green Onions (chopped)
1 Tablespoon (chopped) Parsley
5 Slices of crumbled, fried bacon.
2 Cups Cooked Wild Rice
1 Unbaked Pie Shell
Preheat oven to 450*F. Combine all ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F and continue baking for 30 more minutes.
